How to pin the time to the top of the taskbar in Windows 10?

I would like the time/calendar interface in the lower-right corner of the system to remain on top or stay fixed after being clicked open. Even when switching to other windows or performing other actions, this time interface should not automatically hide or close. Please advise on how to achieve this.
