How to open the legacy Devices and Printers window?

I've tried every option to open it but it doesn't even try to load; what do I do? I need this to connect legacy hardware (such as Wiimotes) to my pc.

     2: From the Control Panel
    Open “Control Panel
Way 1: Press Win + S to search control panel.
Way 2: Run the control command
Select Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers
Method 3: Through the Settings application (new interface)
Press Win + I to open “Settings
    Navigate to:
Bluetooth and Other Devices → Printers and Scanners
Click on Devices and Printers under Related Settings on the right hand side.
Method 4: Create desktop shortcut (permanent solution)
