How to modify the system accent color using the Registry Editor?
I want to use the Registry Editor to modify the system accent color separately, but I don't want to affect the colors of the Start menu, taskbar, title bar, or window borders. I only want to adjust the accent colors in some details. Is this possible? Also, can I change the user photo using the registry?
