How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?

    The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

    I hope they bring back this feature real soon because it's really annoying not being able to see all the tasks on my task bar.

    I thought that it is a problem with my new all-in-one! Come on Microsoft, what's the point of removing the very very important feature "Never Combine"!!??

    It looks like never combine is never coming back, so sad...Microsoft always take back good things with each new version, and call it innovation...
    I also want my toolbars back...

      Rumor is Microsoft is in talks with Apple to be acquired. Kiss Windows as we know it goodbye.

    I held out on the W11 upgrade to let things settle. Saw you were able to move the start button back to the correct spot. Jumped in...

    Then found all my browsers and excel spreadsheets were combining. 34" wide monitor everything is in the first 3" of the screen... Come on Microsoft, I have an empty taskbar I paid for and want to use for productivity. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.

    Nothing quite like another Window Update that fails to address this.

    That option is really important for a lot of productive works. It is fine to default with a combined icon, but there should be an option for power users, this is where a lot of the user base are. I hope Microsoft is not giving up its strength: owning the most productivity oriented operating system, while a lot of other companies are catching up fast. And I don't think such an option is highly complicated to implement as well, it is really a no-brainer decision to make.

    this is so frustrating! why is everybody trying to copy mac os!
    1 of the many reasons why i HATE mac os is the taskbar, it's so unproductive.

    click to open your window in windows 10

    it's SO **bleep** FRUSTRATING now to use windows!
    BRING BACK NEVER COMBINE TASKBAR BUTTONS!

    Pweety pwease Mircrosoft, do something useful and bring back never combine option for the taskbar. Seems like the UI/UX team really have no direction going one step forward and 2 steps back with every update of windows.
