How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?

The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

Is this still an issue ? We just got Widowns 11 and I am so annoyed from this thing. I want to ungroup the incons

Jumping back into this string.

I have recently downloaded the Beta version from Windows Insider. It has the option to Never Combine taskbar icons. So far, it is working well. There does not appear to be the ability to increase the size/height of the taskbar like Windows 10 or ExplorerPatcher. ExplorerPatcher was crashing on the most recent updates, so I had to uninstall and wait for this Beta version.
