    The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

I think these comments are best addressed to Microsoft rather than to the members of this tech support forum who came looking for the way to activate this pretty essential personalisation option, only to find that Windows11 has omitted it.

I am happy to voice my complaint to Microsoft, but I don't know how to contact them. Do you have an email for such a complaint? I hoped that some of the Microsoft OS designers might read these comments and forward the information to their boss.
