How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?

The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

I keep checking this thread to see if anyone has seen a Windows 11 update with the "never combine taskbar buttons." Apparently not. Does anyone from Microsoft LOOK at these comments? Anyway, I installed Win11 last Fall. Immediately deleted it when I discovered this "feature." Hopefully, I won't have to purchase a new computer in the near future.

I asked the same question a few months ago. It seems we are a bunch of people whining to each other while Microsoft ignores all of us. False hope that we will be heard.

I would love to see a Microsoft representative hop onto this and prove me wrong.
