How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?

The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

I've been using Windows for so many years because of its flexibility, configurability and openness which boosted my productivity despite the often dismal hardware (e.g. my crappy 2000€ HP Spectre x360 that losses 20% of battery per hour in connected standby and crashes in hibernate).
But if Microsoft removes all these benefits (I guess they are saving the removal of the right mouse button click as a new "feature" for Windows 12) and makes Windows a MacOS clone, I rather get the original with decent hardware...
