    The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

Mvarnold downgrade now. You can. I bought a new pc, with windows 11 bundled so i cant, but you can. Im screwed with this **bleep** (i hate it every single day. Just because the taskbar and the "show more" in the contextual menus)

Unfortunately there are already videogames and apps and drivers that only work with Windows 11.

It sucks, I hate Windows 11, it removed so much functionality from Windows 10. I was told by tech support that the option to never stack taskbar icons will be added in an upcoming Windows update and that it's in testing now though, so there's that.
