How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?
- The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.
Apparently this has been mentioned a few times throughout this post, but who wants to read all 200+ comments? So, hopefully this will be seen by a few. This works https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher, so it is the perfect temporary solution until Microsoft does something different.
That application is utter junk.
The design is bad, it doesn't follow the windows themes, and it looks like a Windows XP skin applied over Windows 11.
Deleted Well, I guess that is your opinion. To me, it looks and functions exactly the same. It allows me un-group the icons, and that is what I wanted.
