    The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

This problems requires a fix from Microsoft, Windows 11 is supposed to be an upgrade, not a downgrade!
Restoring the option to "never group windows in taskbar" is a must, whoever thought of removing it did a HUGE disservice to all Windows users!!!!!!! Please fix this ASAP, there are already private softwares selling solutions to this, meanwhile Microsoft should actively fix this instead.
