If all else fails, there's still another way to do this.
- Install Windows with your Microsoft account
- Create a new admin user of type local.
- Log out of the default Microsoft account and log into the new local admin
- Delete the Microsoft account
That's If. For security, I recommend you create a local non-admin account for day-to-day usage.
