If you feel the command line approach is too complicated, then use a dedicated tool to help you out. Simply import the Windows 10 ISO and enable the system bypass option. That's!

If you want to install Windows 10 without Microsoft account, don’t forget to download necessary drivers and software after setup. Without a Microsoft account, you won’t have those automatic updates to help you out. Keep a USB handy with drivers or plan to grab them from the manufacturer’s site.
