HOW to get 20 seconds , without pincode/password also
When using pincode and password for my local account ( also administrator ) it takes 20 seconds to login .
But after removing pincode and password , it takes about 70 seconds !
First my login-picture shows , then after 30 seconds I get a black screen for 40 seconds..........!!
HOW to get 20 seconds , without pincode/password also ???
Apreciate any idea , solution !

Enable Dynamic Lock in Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, or simplify the sign-in process through Group Policy.
