Since you’re on Insider Preview, ensure that any software or hardware conflicts are ruled out. Sometimes, certain drivers or software might not play nicely with the new build. If you added any new hardware recently, consider checking compatibility.
I have used the same laptop since 2021 without changing any internal components, in device manager nothing has a yellow triangle.
