Since you've already verified some drivers, make sure you check for any conflicting drivers again, especially ones related to your graphics and network adapters. Go to Device Manager (right-click Start and select it) and look for any items with a yellow triangle. Right-click those and select Update driver.
I do not have any drivers with a yellow triangle.
