I've also faced this problem before and issue was resolved. You can try this solution:
- Boot your system in safe mode
- Download Autoruns from microsoft
- Extract the zip file and run Autoruns64.exe as a Administrator
- In the everything tab, press Ctrl+F and search "btdlg.js"
- Delete all files related to btdlg.js.
