How to fix my laptop loading screen stuck after update?
Hi everyone, My laptop is currently stuck on the loading screen (spinning circles) and won't boot into the desktop. This happened immediately after I installed the most recent updates and restarted....
The method I'm about to share with you will reset your BIOS settings to resolve the conflict that caused my laptop stuck on loading screen after update. This is particularly effective for HP Spectre x360 models.
Usage Guide:
- Completely shut down the laptop.
- Turn on the laptop and immediately press the ESC key repeatedly until a menu appears.
- Press the F10 key to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings.
- In the BIOS, press the F9 key to load the factory default settings.
- Press the F10 key to save the changes and exit the BIOS.
- Wait for the laptop to restart, then try booting it normally.
This reset restores default BIOS configurations to fix my laptop stuck on loading screen after update, eliminating potential compatibility issues with updated system files.
It is particularly effective for HP devices with updated BIOS or system firmware, resolving boot loop or loading screen freeze issues after Windows updates, and restoring stable startup performance without data loss.
