Don't download some janky 3rd party software, use the official software from Microsoft:

If you want to skip visiting a website, Microsoft allows you to run it this way too:
\\live.sysinternals.com\tools\sdelete64.exe [-p passes] <file>But if you're selling your computer, you should reset your PC and choose to "clean drive" which essentially removes all files and overwrites empty space: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/reset-your-pc-0ef73740-b927-549b-b7c9-e6f2b48d275e
