How to do?
Windows insider it has 4 options but only the first two options are available (canary and dev) the beta channel?

Yeah, Microsoft sometimes limits available channels based on your device or region. If Beta isn't showing, it might not be open for your setup right now. You could try checking for updates or switching back to a stable build and re-enrolling.
