How to disable windows security scan pop-up msg?
This notification will pop up and then take like 10 seconds before starting my program. This is so annoying, is there any fix without turning my antivirus completely off?

Looks like you're running some app which requires frequent scan of system.
Usually, if you're coding, this is most common. You might need to add exclusion for all the processes and directories you are using for your development environment.Turn off scanning notifications in Windows Security Center → Virus and Threat Protection → Administrative Settings.
