How to disable updates forever? Windows Insider Program

I'm currently participating in the Windows Insider Program, and I'm looking for a way to disable updates permanently. While I appreciate the opportunity to test new features, the constant updates can be disruptive to my workflow. I would like to know if there's a method to completely turn off updates so I can maintain a stable system without interruptions. Any guidance on how to achieve this or if it's even possible would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
