Hello Yaris, I hope you are doing well! Can you please share the bootable Windows 8.1 file as I have a laptop that can only run windows 8 and it is not able to boot as well, so I guess I need to reinstall it again. I have searched up everywhere on the internet and have found nothing useful or any reliable website to download it. So, you are the last resort for me otherwise that laptop is good for nothing then.
