Use Norton Remove and Reinstall tool. It is an official utility from Norton designed to completely remove Norton antivirus software from your computer and optionally reinstall it cleanly. It’s mainly used when the normal uninstall process fails or leaves behind files, services, or errors.

How to remove norton from windows 11/10

1. Download the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool from the official Norton website

2. Run the tool as Administrator

3. Click Remove Only (not reinstall)
