How to completely disable the data usage tracking feature in Windows 10?

I need to completely disable Windows 10's data usage statistics and display feature. I want a method to permanently turn off this functionality.

    Launch the Settings app by pressing Win + I shortcut key.

    In the Settings app, click Privacy & Security option on the left side.

    Now, click the General tab on the right side.

    Turn off the required toggle button to disable the personalized ads.

    1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
    2. Click on Wi-Fi or Ethernet (depending on your connection).
    3. Click on the network you are connected to.
    4. Turn on the toggle for "Set as metered connection".
