No single "Clear All Cache" button exists on iPhone — this is intentional by Apple to prevent accidental data loss. Clearing cache on iPhone without deleting data (Like photos, messages, or contacts — those are completely separate.)
For most people, clearing Safari cache once a month and restarting your phone weekly is enough. Only clear app caches when you notice performance issues or low storage.

If you've had your iPhone for years, your Messages app is likely the culprit. Every photo, video, or GIF sent or received is saved on your phone until you manually delete it. This often takes up 5-10GB+ without you realizing it.
- Targeted Cleanup (Recommended): Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Wait for the list to load, then tap Messages.
- You will see categories like "Photos," "Videos," and "GIFs & Stickers."
- Tap Photos (or Videos), tap Edit in the top-right corner, select the heavy files, and tap the delete button. This clears the files without deleting the actual text conversation.
- Set Auto-Delete: To stop this from happening again, go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Message History. Change "Keep Messages" from Forever to 30 Days.
