How to bypass Windows PC MS Account during Reset?

I am resetting windows PC  to sell my Lenovo Ideapad 320 laptop. But I need to have a generic install and not use my MS Account. I remember years ago there was an option during reset or reinstall to not choose a network account but I am not seeing that option now.

    During the reset or reinstall process, it's become more streamlined, aiming to simplify the process and encourage users to sign up for a Microsoft account.
