Typically, the outcomes are shown on the screen when using any Windows operating system, such as Windows XP, 7, 10, or 11.

In order to analyze it, I require the information in ASCII format that can be opened in Notepad++.

I can execute the MS-DOS command dir *.* /s on a designated partition, but I haven't discovered a method to run it across the entire PC and all disks.
