Hi, after checking Startup apps, I usually look at Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Diagnostics-Performance > Operational. Event 100 shows the overall boot time, and nearby warning events often identify the slow service or driver. Then I test a clean boot, check storage health, and install current BIOS, chipset, and storage drivers from the PC manufacturer. `powercfg /hibernate off` can be used briefly to compare a true cold boot, but turn it back on if you use hibernation.
