How do I wipe my HDD without wiping its oncloud(deleting its onecloud copy?)
Title, but how do i do that? im very non tech savvy with just my basic turn off and on, but is there a way to prevent a backup after i wipe the drive? and keep the data in the oncecloud?

Since the problem is specific to images of 2448 x 2448 pixels, it could be related to how Windows handles thumbnail caching or rendering for certain resolutions. Rebuilding the thumbnail cache, updating drivers, and testing with alternative viewers are good next steps.
