How do I leave windows 11 Dev insider program

ALl it causes me is issues with my games its not worth being in. I've tried looking at the official page for Microsoft where it  tells you to do a clean intall of windows, but I can't even get past the first step because the website tells me my email isn't part of the insider programme, even though it is down as registered on my PC.

Issues I've had are gaming related and include:

-Hollow knight not saving my progress

-Back4Blood crashing after cutscenes

Both of these games I have on Xbox game pass.
