When you open you tube, click on the gear icon, then you will see the a list of the quality. Just click on the highest shown and thats it, you woll go into Hd and if it shows 4d just click on the highest and thats it. You dont need any programs to change Quality its that easy. Good Luck hope this works for you. Thats how i get 4k if the video is made in 4k
