How do I change my email address for the WIndows Insider Program?

Emails for the WIP are being sent to my old ISP's email server.  I dropped them and now I use my outlook.com email.  Where do I change my WIP email address, I can't seem to locate it.   Thanks.

Unfortunately there's no way to switch email addresses. Is it possible to register with your new email address?
