How can I turn on the "Hey, Copilot" on my windows 11 pc

Windows 11 Insider 24H2 Build 26100.4652

 have the Copilot App Version 1.25065.132.0, but the settings don't have an activation toggle for "Hey, Copilot". AND ALT+Spacebar doesn't work on my system because that pulls up some other app for that.

    Make sure your system is updated to the latest version, and turn on permissions in Settings → Privacy and Security → Voice Activation to use Hey Copilot.
