How can I retrieve or recover deleted photos from sd card with computer?

When you click the "Format" button, it always perform a Quick Format. There is still a chance to get your photos back. But the first thing to do is to stop using your SD card. Otherwise, your deleted photos will be overwritten.
Windows built-in tools can't help you recover deleted photos from SD card. But Microsoft has an official data recovery tool named Windows File Recovery. It can help you recover photos from SD card. But it's hard to use. It's not an ideal option for a beginner. For a better experience, I suggest that you choose a tool with GUI interface. And one more thing. A paid tool has a a higher success rate than a free tool.
