How Can I Remote Control Android Phone from PC
Try using https://github.com/Frontesque/scrcpy-plus, this is an open-source tool. You may have to enable USB debugging on your phone though.
For Android 4.2 and newer, Developer options is hidden by default; use the following steps:
- On the device, go to Settings > About <device>.
- 2. Tap the Build number seven times to make Settings > Developer options available.
Then enable the USB Debugging option.
Then just plug in your phone to USB and thats its things should just work as expected.
On additional note
If you have one of these https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/supported-devices-for-phone-link-experiences-cb044172-87aa-9e41-d446-c4ac83ce8807 you could directly controll your phone using windows Phone link app.
If you have a supported Motorola Phone their Smart connect features should allow you to do the same.
I recomond checking with your phone manufacturer to see if your phone has any such features built in
