How can I make a bootable usb macos installer on Windows PC?

I'm in a sticky situation and would love some help. My Mac suddenly stopped booting and I suspect there might be something wrong with the system files. Now I want to make a bootable USB macOS install...

    It's really a headache to encounter this situation, but you can use UltraDMG to solve it. It's actually not that difficult to make a macOS startup disk on Windows. UltraDMG is a very reliable tool that is specifically used to create a macOS startup disk. I have encountered similar problems before.

If your Mac can still be put into Recovery Mode (usually by holding Command + R at startup), you may not need to create a bootable usb macos installer. Network Recovery for Mac allows you to reinstall macOS without any external drive.
