How can I batch convert HEIC to JPG without losing quality?
I often use Google Photos to manage my photos, especially when I need to convert photos from HEIC to JPG format without losing quality on Windows 11. This method is not only simple, but because Google Photos is cloud-based, I can access my photos anytime, anywhere.
Here's how it works:
1. Upload photos: I start by uploading my HEIC photos to my Google Photos account. This step is simple, just open Google Photos on your phone or computer and select Upload.
2. Download as JPEG: After uploading, when I need these photos, I just log in to Google Photos on my computer, find the photos and download them. During the download process, Google Photos automatically offers the option to save HEIC photos as JPEG.
One of the great things about using Google Photos is that it's not just a conversion tool, but also a powerful photo management and backup solution. I don't need to worry about losing photos due to device loss or damage. At the same time, it also provides some basic editing functions, which is very convenient when I need to quickly adjust photos.
I do not see this as an option. Everything just downloads as a .zip and when opened HEIC files are present. Even when downloading individual files it only gives HEIC as a format option.
