How about this minimalistic windows 11 desktop?
Right-click on the taskbar -> Taskbar settings -> Taskbar behaviors -> Set "Taskbar alignment" to "Center" and "Show badges on taskbar apps" to "Off" (optional, but contributes to minimalism). You can also use smaller icons by making a registry edit (search for "Windows 11 smaller taskbar icons registry").

Drag less important icons from the system tray (the area near the clock) into the hidden icons area.
