High cpu usage by services.exe "Services and Controller app"

Sfc found nothing as well as Malwarebytes. CPU is still on high use by services.exe 😕
I have booted into safe mode again and did malwarebytes scan. There was no high cpu use and Malwarebytes found nothing. I don't know where to look next
