High CPU Usage by " System " after Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22622.440) (KB5015890)

Hello,

2 days back I installed Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22622.440) (KB5015890) update on My system and after that I noticed that it was getting alot hotter than before, I opened up task manager and saw "System" consuming around 10-15% cpu. This occured only after this recent build and was fine on previous version, My friend has the same issue after recent update aswell

My specs are - Ryzen 7 5800H + Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 Ti ( 16gb dual channel ram )
