HEVC (H.265) Support
Hi, a microsoft agent suggested I ask here for help with HEVC support (apologies if this is inappropriate).
I'm using the latest production update (22H2 build 19045.3448) of W10 Pro, and installed the HEVC codec from the MS Store, but it doesn't work. The MS Agent I was working with was unable to fix the problem.
The HEVC app in the store only receives 1.6 stars so I'm wondering if this is a common problem.
I've verified the video files are good.
Are there any suggestions for fixing this.
SO far I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the codec, reseting the codec , using different userids.
Can anyone offer any advice.... I'd really like to get HEVC (H.265) to work.
