Use a live Linux USB (like Ubuntu) to access the SSD:
Create a bootable Ubuntu USB.
Boot into Ubuntu (select "Try Ubuntu" without installing).
Use File Explorer or GParted to see if your files are accessible.
Copy important files to an external drive.
