help error win installing

How do I install I am the slow ring ?

Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.17763.1 (rs5_release)

i have no antivirius do a online scan

GO to Settings -> Windows Insider Program and there you will find option for changing ring. Windows Defender is the most secure antivirus for Windows 10. You dont need to use any other antivirus.
