Hello need help regarding to leave this program
i have been having a issue , i wanted to leave this program but when i went to there leaving page , it's saying that my account is not connected ( the one which i am using to write this and the one which is showing that it is indeed connected with window's program ) and because of that i am not being able to leave the insider build
the account is connected
but it's showing that it's not connected which doesnt make sense , either i messed up something or maybe a problem from server side?
i cant install new pair of windows because i am a business guy i have alot of sensitive info stored locally in my computer , i can't let it all get deleted

To exit from Dev channel, you need to make clean install.
You need to make a clean install to leave the insider program.
Go to Settings → Windows Update → Windows Insider Program, click Stop getting preview builds, and choose to either only exit the program while keeping the current versionor fully exit and roll back to the official release. If the option is unavailable, first install the latest official version update.
