I've been having the same issue. My concern is if this update is preventing any further updates from occuring.
It was doubtful from the community that manually downloading this update with its corresponding ISO was a viable solution. I understand that being an "insider" means you may receive software that is buggy, but there doesn't seem to be an official MS tech position on this that I've found.
