Having a problem with the file explorer

I am having a problem with my file explorer. I have a good laptop, which can handle prettymuch everything. I am on windows 11 insider beta version.

The problem is that, when I open file explorer, it opens like it has 3 sections. First the window opens then 3 section appers, which is full white, then it opens one by one. It is not so effecent to work with.like this

Please help me with this.
