Hardisk External Error in Windows 11

I have try both solution, it doesnt work, but when I try to remove my wireless dongle for my mouse (another port), the external hard disk work seamlessly, I dont know if there is some sort bug in driver or interference in usb bus, because it also effect my wireless mouse.

I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
