Group Policy Editor errors upon start, no longer allows policies on Windows Updates
Hello, I have an OEM version of Windows 10 Home with Group Policy Editor installed via powershell. I was to install it for my college as I had to use the Windows Update policy to keep the device on Windows 10 Version 21H1 due to a program requiring it to run (Windows 11 support has not been made yet). However, when I start up GPEdit.msc, I get an error saying the Windows ADMX file containing the Windows Update Policy is missing, however it is still there in its directory.
The error is as follows:
"Policy presentation element 'ManagePreviewBuildsId' in referenced presentation 'ManagePreviewBuilds' does not exist. File C:\WINDOWS\PolicyDefinitions\WindowsUpdate.admx, line 709, column 100"
The ADMX file in that patch has this in line 709, column 100:
"<enum id="ManagePreviewBuildsId" valueName="ManagePreviewBuildsPolicyValue" required="true">"
What can I do to resolve this?
