Green Screen when connecting XBOX controller via Bluetooth
As of today, April 17, I immediately receive a Green Screen with stop code "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" when turning on the controller and connecting via Bluetooth. This occurs whether or not Steam is running. I have removed the controller from my input devices in Bluetooth settings, but when I attempt to repair the controller via Bluetooth, I receive the same Green Screen.
Also, I am unable to connect the controller to my PC via USB as I have been able to in the past. I am unable to verify the controller's current firmware, but I believe it was the most recent. I am not experiencing issues with any other Bluetooth device, including my MX Anywhere 2S mouse.

If you are unable to connect the controller via USB, try using the Xbox Accessories app from the Microsoft Store. If you can connect it via USB later, use the app to check and update the firmware.

Outdated or corrupted Bluetooth drivers can cause connection issues. Go to Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver. You can also choose to uninstall the device and restart your PC; Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

Got the same issue, it probably has to do with insider build, reinstall windows without it or wait for an update unfortunately.
